It's time to get back to Youth Camp! You (and all your friends) are invited to Hills of Peace Youth Camp 2025, where we will be having a blast with old friends, making new ones, and creating memories.

Youth Camp 2025 at Hills of Peace Campgrounds offers a transformative experience to connect with others, ourselves, and the Spirit. The theme for this year is LEAD, where we’ll explore how to lead lives filled with joy, hope, love, and peace. Through daily activities and reflections, we will draw inspiration from our mission prayer to nurture spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical growth. This is a week of empowerment, deep connection, and discovering the leader within you. Join us for a life-changing adventure!

Registration

Your child's spot is not reserved until camp fees are fully paid, or a $100 deposit is paid per child. If paying a deposit, the full balance of camper fees must be paid by the camp start date. If you would prefer to send a cheque to camp for your camper's registration, please select "Pay Offline" during registration and a director will follow up with you to arrange details.

A confirmation package will be emailed to you once your child is registered. It will include your receipt, a list of what to bring, directions and a map to reach Hills of Peace campgrounds, details of opening day and closing day, and more.

Camp Fees

The total registration fee is $450 per camper. Registration fees are still fairly new to Canada West Mission Centre camps, but rest assured that your fees go directly toward activities, equipment, supplies, and all the great food we eat at camp. Read on for information on discounts and financial assistance. Camp Staff: Staff do not pay fees to attend events, though we graciously accept donations. Please enter discount code CAMPSTAFF at checkout to receive the discount.

Early Bird Discount

A $25 discount will be automatically applied to all registrations submitted and fully paid prior to July 1st. You will not be eligible for early bird pricing if you have not paid camping fees in full on or before July 1st.

Friend Discount

If your child brings a friend with them to camp, both your child and their friend can receive a $25 discount on their registration. To apply this discount, please enter the coupon code FRIEND25 during the payment section of the registration.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available to any family that would not otherwise be able to afford camp for their children. To apply for financial assistance, please contact your local congregation. If you are not part of a congregation, please contact the camp director listed below.

We rely on donations and support from individuals, congregations, and other organizations to ensure no child is unable to attend for financial reasons. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation towards the camper sponsorship program through e-transfer to cwm_hop@communityofchrist.ca or in the donation section of the registration form.

Cancellation & Late Payment Policies

Programs may be cancelled if less than ten campers are pre-registered two weeks prior to the start date. We will contact you as soon as possible if we need to make any program changes that impact your child. If the camp is cancelled by the organizers, a 100% refund will be provided.

Prices include a $100 non-refundable administration fee in the event of camper cancellation. Refunds will not be given for any cancellation made 14 days or less prior to the start of camp. There is no fee reduction for arriving late or leaving early.
